Fields graduated from Wayland Baptist University, where he was a standout offensive lineman and two-time All-Conference Left Tackle.

Coach Terry Fields is a dedicated football and basketball coach with 5 years of experience developing high school student-athletes across Texas. He has served on the coaching staffs at Manor High School, Mesquite Horn High School, and Denton Ryan High School.
During his career, Fields has built a strong reputation for professionalism, a tireless work ethic, and athlete-centered leadership. In his role as a Recruiting Coordinator, he focuses on building genuine relationships with athletes and families, evaluating talent, and helping players find the right academic and athletic fit at the next level.
As a former collegiate athlete at Wayland Baptist University, Fields was a two-time All-Conference Left Tackle, earning recognition for his toughness, technique, and leadership in the trenches. His playing background strongly influences his coaching philosophy, centered on fundamentals, discipline, and personal growth.
